The American Cancer Society Patient Navigator Program
What is the ACS Patient Navigator Program?
The Patient Navigator program helps patients, families, and caregivers find help with the many needs that could arise during the cancer journey. Trained Patient Navigators link those dealing with cancer to needed programs and resources. The Patient Navigator provides information and education about the cancer journey, individual assistance and support to ensure a better quality of life, American Cancer Society information and services, a connection to local and national resources, and assistance in understanding financial, health care, community, social, and other systems.
Saundra Hall is the ACS Patient Navigator and can be reached by calling 1-888-227-6446 ext. 8053.
