Stepping Out Program

Stepping Out is a program to help improve your health and lower your risk for diabetes and heart disease. 
HMHP collaborates with Associated Neighborhood Center (McGuffey Center), OCCHA and United Methodist Community Center to provide free activities such as line dancing, aerobics, Salsa, Zumba and walk groups.
Other benefits include:
  • Free participation in healthy cooking demonstrations, weight management and healthy eating workshops, diabetes prevention classes and physical activity instruction.
  • Free health screenings including blood sugar, cholesterol, weight, body fat and blood pressure.
  • Must be 18 or older to participate.
