Dr. Marnejon received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a rotating internship at Millcreek Community Hospital, Erie, PA and an internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Dr. Marnejon currently serves as the Director of the Hospital Medicine Fellowship program and Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency program at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Dr. Marnejon is also a Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM).
