Continuing Medical Education
All educational activities sponsored, joint sponsored or co-sponsored by St. Elizabeth Health Center must comply with the American Medical Association's definition of CME recognized by the AMA House of Delegates:
CME consists of Continuing Medical Educational Activities that serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills and professional performance and relationships a physician uses to provide services to patients, the public, or the profession. The content of CME is that the body of knowledge and skills generally recognized and accepted by the profession as within the basic medical sciences, the discipline of clinical medicine, and the provision of health care to the public.
St. Elizabeth Health Center is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education activities for physicians. The Office of Continuing Medical Education is located in the Medical Administration Suite at St. Elizabeth's on 2-West Extension. CLICK HERE
